Refund Policy

1. Eligibility window

Numerly - Math Puzzles offers a 30-day refund window on eligible purchases. You may request a refund within 30 days of the order date, provided the purchase is eligible under the conditions below. This policy does not limit any mandatory statutory refund rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.

2. Coin bundles

Coin bundles are a digital consumable. Refunds are only granted when the coins are unused or substantially unused. If any coins from the bundle have been spent on hints, puzzle packs, or other in-game items, the order is no longer eligible for a full refund. Where only a small portion of the bundle has been used, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. If a refund is approved, the remaining coins are deducted from your balance.

3. Printable puzzle packs

Printable puzzle packs are digital downloads. Because they are delivered instantly, refunds are not available once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded, unless the files are defective and we cannot provide a corrected replacement within 7 days. If you have not yet accessed the download, you may request a refund within the 30-day window.

4. Remedy

For eligible refunds, we may first offer the refund as account credit (coins). If you prefer a cash refund to your original payment method and the purchase is eligible under this policy, you may request it through Paddle. Statutory refund rights are always preserved.

5. Chargebacks and abuse

Initiating a chargeback or refund claim in bad faith, or repeatedly refunding consumable goods after using them, may result in suspension of your Numerly account and revocation of purchased entitlements.

6. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

  1. Go to paddle.net and enter the email address used for your purchase.
  2. Locate the order and click "Request a refund".
  3. Or, contact us via the Settings screen in-app and we will help you.
