1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Numerly - Math Puzzles ("Numerly", "we", "us"), the operator of the Numerly puzzle game, website, and printable puzzle packs (the "Service"). By creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Numerly provides a browser-based daily math and logic puzzle game, cosmetic and gameplay items (coins), and downloadable printable puzzle packs. Features may change over time, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough under the laws of your jurisdiction to form a binding contract.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully, for fraud, spam, or to harass others;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • interfere with security, probe, scan, scrape, or introduce malware;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content;
  • circumvent coin balances, hint limits, licences, or other technical restrictions.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including all puzzles, artwork, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Numerly - Math Puzzles and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service within your plan. Printable puzzle packs are licensed under the licence you select at checkout (personal, classroom, or small-business use); any use outside that licence requires separate written permission.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, taxes, invoicing, and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Coin balances and downloadable pack entitlements are attached to your Numerly account.

7. User content

If you submit content to Numerly (for example a display name or shared score card), you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; downloadable packs you have already received remain governed by their licence.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numerly - Math Puzzles's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify Numerly - Math Puzzles against third-party claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these terms.

12. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Numerly - Math Puzzles is established, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
